What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs for kraft and art paper bags, and 5,000 pcs for non-woven and food packaging bags. Stock sizes and repeat orders can go as low as 1,000 pcs. If your quantity is below MOQ, ask us — we often combine small orders on the same production run.
How long does sampling take?
Digital proofs are ready within 24 hours of receiving your logo. Physical samples are produced in 3-5 days and shipped via DHL or FedEx. Sample costs are refunded against your first bulk order.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production takes 12-18 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, printing complexity and finishing. Rush orders can be prioritized — tell us your deadline and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you match my brand’s Pantone colors?
Yes. We print with Pantone matching on both offset and flexo presses. You approve a digital proof (and optional physical sample) before mass production begins, and batch color deviation is controlled within ΔE ≤ 3.
How do you verify materials and quality?
We confirm the written specification and approved sample before production, perform in-line and pre-shipment checks, and support independent inspection. Tell us any certificate or material-test requirement so we can confirm it for the exact product before quoting.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) with the balance paid before shipment. PayPal is accepted for samples and small orders. For large orders we can discuss L/C terms.
How do you ship orders internationally?
We support overseas orders by sea, air and express. Shipping terms, export arrangements, documentation and destination requirements are confirmed for each project before quotation.
What file format should my artwork be in?
Vector files (AI, PDF or EPS) with fonts outlined are ideal. High-resolution PSD or PNG files also work. If you only have a rough idea, our in-house designers will create print-ready artwork and a 3D mockup for free.
What happens if the goods arrive with quality problems?
Contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. Confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved by replacement, refund or credit note — the exact remedy is agreed in writing in our sales contract before production starts.
Can I visit or audit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits at our Wenzhou facility and can arrange live video tours on WhatsApp or Zoom. Third-party audits by SGS, TÜV or BV are fully supported before your first order.
